and Dave Beckett formed one of the most popular singing duos of the 1970's. They
earned a gold record with their hit song, Could You Ever Love Me Again? Gary and Dave were
nominated for five Juno awards in1974 and had their own television show on CBC.
Gary thought he had reached the pinnacle of success, having negotiated a major
